Rfam API domain has changed. Old domain certificate has expired.

Fetching from RFAM (Seed) has stopped working due to the certificate on rfam.xfam.org expiring.
The Rfam API says to use https://rfam.org/..., which appears to work in exactly the same way.

Fix:
1) Change the DEFAULT_RFAM_BASEURL to https://rfam.org .
2) Post a (temporary) workaround (RFAM_BASEURL=https\://rfam.org) to discourse.
