Pymol cannot be opened via Jalview if PymolWin.exe is the configured executable on Windows

If PymolWin.exe is configured as the executable to be launched by Jalview, then at the point of opening a structure viewer, Jalview reports it cannot locate the pymol executable, meanwhile Pymol does launch - but doesn't show any structure data.

Console log shows that opening Pymol failed with an error like: 'could not connect on socket :0'.

Workaround is to use PyMOLWinWithConsole.bat - this seems to accept the xmlRPC server argument and report the socket correctly so Jalview can connect.
