In Linux desktops' task-managers, the grouped Jalview windows get a generic name

      Description

      In Linux desktops, e.g. KDE, GNOME, the task manager (where running applications can be selected, like the macOS Dock or Windows Taskbar) groups windows from the same application together. This grouping gets a title.
      If Jalview has multiple windows open (e.g. the Java Console) then this grouping reads "java" in KDE and "jalview-bin-Jalview" in GNOME.
      This should be set to something more obvious like "Jalview"
