MapList.locateInFrom() gives wrong result for overlapping from ranges

      Description

      This bug is in 2.11.1.2 and earlier but masked by JAL-3751. With the fix for the latter:
      - fetch EMBL:MN908947 and Get Cross-References | EMBLCDSPROTEIN
      - mouse over peptide 4402R in the first protein
      - cgg is highlighted in the CDS sequence (correctly)
      - only cg is highlighted in the parent gene sequence (incorrectly)
