FlatLAF default look and feel on Linux, OSX and everywhere else ?

      Description

      Launching Jalview 2.11.0 in Kubuntu linux gives the default Swing Metal look and feel.
      This could be changed to GTK look and feel which (even in KDE) looks and feels more native.
