      Description

      Attach biotype (e.g. cds-to-peptide etc) when creating sequence mappings, and store in a Map with lookup by sequence, for efficient lookup.
      Motivated by JAL-3187 ('virtual features') in particular - for easier identification of CDS for peptide and vice versa.
