      Description

      Jalview automatically enables 'show features' whenever a new alignment is loaded which has features. In the case of a retrieval from PDB, this always results in sequences shaded in green.

      Automatic display of the green RESNUM features should be configurable. This would allow their display to be turned off by default in certain situations, such as when new users are performing simple colouring operations.
